Teething
  • The time that the first teeth appear in a child’s mouth may vary from child to child
  • Between 6 to 10 months, the first tooth will usually appear
  • The lower teeth come through before the upper teeth
  • At about age 2 to 3, all 20 primary teeth will have come through
  • At about age 6, the first permanent molar and the lower central teeth will come through
  • At about age 12 to 13, most children have all 28 permanent teeth
  • The wisdom teeth usually come through between the age of 17 to 21
